Obituary of John Ray Musgrove

Manchester, Tennessee - Mr. John Ray Musgrove, age 68, of Manchester, TN, passed from this life on Saturday, January 29, 2022, at his residence. Mr. Musgrove was born in Olney, Illinois, to his late parents Ivan Musgrove and Hazel Rogers Musgrove. He worked as a health and safety inspector for his career. Mr. Musgrove loved to go golfing, riding motorcycles, playing with his grandkids and being the best pawpaw to his grandkids. He was also a loving father and a loving husband to his late wife, Linda Musgrove who preceded him in death in 2021. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Charles “Tiny” Musgrove, Randy Musgrove; sister-in-law, Barbara Musgrove. Mr. Musgrove is survived by son, Johnnie Musgrove; daughter, Dana Musgrove; brothers, Richard Musgrove and Galen (Andi) Musgrove; sister-in-law, Cindy Musgrove; grandchildren, Cooper Ray Musgrove and Dani Caroline Musgrove. Visitation with the family will be held on Friday, February 4, 2022, from 4:00pm until 6:00pm at Central Funeral Home in Manchester, TN. A Celebration of Life service will be conducted immediately following visitation at 6:00pm with Johnnie Musgrove officiating.
