HUNTLAND, TENNESSEE - Mrs. Dorothy Juanita Alvarez, age 86, passed away Saturday, February 19, 2022 in Huntland, Tennessee. Mrs. Alvarez worked at Batesville for 34 years in production. She was born January 19, 1936 in West Monroe, Louisiana to the late Frances Harris. In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by a grandson, Jerrod Lyon.
Mrs. Alvarez is survived by her husband, Joseph B. Alvarez, Jr.; three daughters, Sandra Alvarez, Cheryl (Jacky) Lyon, Patricia (Jeff) Holiday; four grandchildren; four great grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
