Obituary of Virginia Elmore Hullett

Manchester, Tennessee - Mrs. Virginia Elmore Hullett, age 94, of Manchester, TN, passed from this life on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at her home in Manchester, TN. Mrs. Hullett was born in Williamson Co., TN, to her late parents Charles Benjamin Meek and Jessie Elmore Meek. Known as Nanny, she adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren and loved taking care of them. She was a member of Blanton’s Chapel United Methodist Church and a lifelong servant of our Lord. She was faithful in her daily devotions and bible study as serving her church was her life’s mission. She served as a Sunday school teacher for many years. She was also a member and leader of the Blanton's Chapel Home Demonstration club. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Earl Kigar Hullett; son, Benjamin Allen Hullett and sister, Marianna Meek. Mrs. Hullett is survived by son, Michael Earl (Jennifer) Hullett; daughter, Gina (Paul) Keasling; grandchildren, Jessie Anna (Justin) Boone, Kendall Allen Keasling, Benjamin Earl (Amanda) Hullett, Linda Ashley (Zachary) Sanders, Charles Phillip Hullett; great grandchildren, Ayden Keasling, Ansleigh Keasling, Sawyer Boone, Sullivan Boone, Kailance Hullett, and Kigar Hullett. Visitation with the family will be held Sunday, March 20, 2022, from 12:00pm until 3:00pm at Central Funeral Home in Manchester, TN. Funeral services will be conducted immediately following visitation at 3:00pm in the chapel of Central Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Stroud Cemetery in Morrison, TN.
